Transport-Logistics 2027 will take place on 20–22 May 2027 at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre. The event brings together the entire logistics and transport industry, with all the sector’s leading players represented at this major international event.
Transport-Logistics 2027 will showcase a wide range of the latest innovations in transport and logistics. The event will feature truck and van brands, trailer and body manufacturers, forklifts and other material handling equipment, warehouse management and automation solutions, ICT systems, as well as companies offering tyres, accessories, equipment and services.

Event participation terms
These terms supplement the General Terms of Participation of Suomen Messut Oyj.
- A Fair Start fee of €670 (including a 16A, 230V, 3.6kW power socket and electricity consumption, as well as the visibility and environmental fee) will be charged to each main exhibitor.
- Participation will be invoiced before the event, with a due date of 15 February 2027.
- Stands must have 2.5-metre-high partition walls defining the stand area.
- Two-storey structures: 50% of the space rental fee will be charged for the floor area of the second storey.
- Other companies participating on a stand will be charged a visibility and environmental fee of €450. The exhibitor who booked the stand is responsible for the participation fees of all companies sharing the stand.
- An invoicing fee of €25 + VAT per invoice will be charged if the company’s contact details are changed or if the stand rental invoice for a shared stand is divided between several companies.
- VAT at the applicable rate will be added to all prices.
- Please place your orders in good time, as prices will increase 40 days before the event.
Please note the following regarding activities at your stand:
- All stand programme and other stand-related activities must take place within the stand area.
- The maximum permitted sound level at the stand is 75 dB.
- To ensure visitor safety, it is important that activities taking place at the stand, such as throwing objects, do not cause injury to anyone.
